In Xi’an, the highlights include the visits to the Museum of Terracotta Warriors and Horses and the ancient city wall. By visiting these historical sites, you will get a glimpse of the ancient capital city. In Chengdu, the highlight is Giant Panda Breeding Research Center, where you can get a close contact with China’s “National Treasure”. Meanwhile, the visits to Jinli Ancient Street will leave a deep impression of Chengdu’s traditional customs and folk culture.
Upon arrival, greeted by our local tour guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Time to rest, relax and acclimate to your new time zone.

In 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang unified China and became the first emperor. When he died, an entire Terra Cotta Army was constructed to be buried along with the emperor. It was uncovered serendipitously in 1974 by farmers, and then became one of the century’s greatest archaeological discoveries. You will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Dive into history today.
Afterwards, transfer to visit the ancient City Wall of Xi’an, one of the existing best preserved city walls in China, and one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Visit the Muslim Street, the local Bazaar.
The evening is also well prepared for you – a delicious Chinese Dumpling Banquet while watching a gorgeous show presenting the prosperous Tang Dynasty of ancient China. Enjoy your night!

After breakfast, visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area, Xian History Museum. Xi’an Museum contains more than 110,000 pieces of cultural relics, including bronze wares, jade wares, gold and silver wares, porcelains, stone sculptures, inscription on tablet, seals, earthenwares, three-color glazed wares, painting and calligraphy, sutra, rubbings, ancient and rare books, miscellaneous wares, including 10441 pieces of valuable cultural relics at no lower than grade III.
Then transferred to take a high-speed train to Chengdu(4h). The rest of day is free for you to have a good rest or explore the city.

In the morning, drive to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, an optimal place to see the Giant Panda up close and not behind bars at a zoo. Here you’ll find it is a delightful experience to watch these cute pandas in their large open air enclosures.
Drive back to downtown and pay a visit to Jinli Old Street to taste local snacks and appreciate the traditional customs and folk culture.
